Origin

The Jab launched in 2016 as Radon's enduro answer — a four-bar full-suspension bike with a then-novel carbon frame and rocker link. The current JAB MX generation (2024–2025) evolved the formula with a mullet wheel setup, integrated downtube storage, and geometry that remains adjustable via headset cups. Despite premium suspension and carbon construction, direct-to-consumer pricing keeps the Jab well below comparable boutique enduro bikes.

The verdict

+Strengths
  • Carbon frame and carbon rocker link at a price point most competitors use alloy
  • Mullet wheel setup delivers the best of 29" roll-over and 27.5" agility
  • Wide geometry adjustment range via Flip Chip and headset cups
Weaknesses
  • At 14.8 kg the HD build is not the lightest in class
  • Rear suspension exhibits noticeable pedal bob climbing — a common four-bar trait
  • Integrated storage compartment has fiddly operation according to reviewers
