Verification System & Access Levels

1. General Principles

The Urban Raiders Baltic platform applies a multi-level user verification system.

The system determines:

• access to Platform features;
• listing placement limits;
• user trust level;
• listing display priority;

The verification level directly affects user capabilities and may be considered in ranking algorithms.

2. Verification Levels & Access

(a) Basic Level — Medal [@] (Email)

Access:

• profile creation;
• messaging within the Platform;

Limitations:

• no more than 1 listing per 30 calendar days;
• new listing only when no active listings exist;

(b) Contact Level — Medal [Google] (Identity Provider)

Access:

• all capabilities of the [@] level;

Limitations & Extensions:

• up to 2 listings per month;
• no more than 2 active listings simultaneously;
• up to 5 items in Favorites;

(c) Extended Level — Medal [Smartphone] (Phone)

Access:

• all capabilities of previous levels;

Limitations & Extensions:

• up to 2 active listings simultaneously;
• no time limit on listing duration;
• unlimited Favorites;
• listings receive increased search priority;

(d) Verified Level — Medal [iD] (Smart-ID / Mobile-ID / ID-card) (currently unavailable during beta)

Access:

• all capabilities of previous levels;

Limitations & Extensions:

• up to 3 active listings simultaneously;
• no time limit on listing duration;
• 1 free Boost per month (non-transferable to next period);
• priority listing display in search;

(e) Professional Level — Medal [SHOP] (Vendor)

Access:

• all capabilities of previous levels;

Extensions:

• listing placement without standard user limits;
• access to product management tools (including bulk editing and API);
• priority listing display as a commercial seller;

Mandatory requirements:

• business verification (KYB);
• providing registration and contact details;
• compliance with EU legislation;

In accordance with DSA, platforms are required to verify seller data and ensure their traceability.

3. Additional Rules

3.1. Limits are applied automatically and may be adjusted by the system based on:

• trust level;
• user behavior;
• violation history;

3.2. The Platform reserves the right to:

• temporarily restrict listing placement;
• reduce listing visibility;
• send listings for additional review;

3.3. Restrictions may be applied regardless of verification level if the system detects risk indicators.

A higher verification level:

• does not guarantee user integrity;
• does not exclude the risk of fraud;
• does not confirm the legality of goods;

The user independently decides whether to proceed with a transaction.
