Victor
Origin
Minimotors, founded in South Korea, built the Dualtron name into shorthand for high-performance electric scooters through the 2010s, chasing raw speed and range with models like the Thunder and X. The Victor, introduced around 2020, was the company's answer to a different question: how do you keep genuine Dualtron dual-motor performance while making the scooter lighter, more compact, and easier to live with in a city? Named to slot alongside the rest of the aggressively-badged lineup, the Victor traded the flagship's extreme weight and price for a more portable dual-drive package that still hits near-40 mph. It quickly became one of the most recommended 'first serious Dualtron' choices, and Minimotors iterated on it over the following years with the Victor Luxury (battery/brake options) and, in 2024-25, the Victor Limited (also sold as Gen 2) with a bigger Samsung 35Ah battery, Nutt hydraulic brakes with ABS/EBS, tubeless self-healing tires, and the brand's first IPX5 water rating on the line.

- Brakes
- Dual hydraulic disc (Zoom on Luxury; Nutt hydraulic w/ ABS+EBS on Limited/Gen2)
The verdict
- Strong dual-motor acceleration and hill-climbing with a genuine ~45+ mph top end
- Lighter and more portable than flagship Dualtrons while keeping dual-drive torque
- Adjustable rubber suspension and (on Limited/Gen2) hydraulic ABS brakes + tubeless tires make it comfortable and confidence-inspiring
- Early Victor Luxury tubed tires were flat-prone (fixed only on Limited/Gen2 tubeless)
- Suspension can feel stiff, and stiffer still in cold weather — a real Baltic-winter consideration
- Very long standard charge time (~20 h without the optional fast charger); still heavy for stairs/transit
Generations
Original Victor / Luxury (2020-2021)
- The lightweight, portable performance package; tubed tires and no IP rating are the era's weak points.

- Zoom hydraulic disc
Victor Limited / Gen 2 (2024-2025)
- Refinement generation: bigger battery, better brakes, weather rating, puncture-resistant tires, EY4 display + app.
- Brakes
- Nutt hydraulic + ABS/EBS
