Giant Propel Advanced

Giant launched the Propel in 2013 as its first dedicated aero road bike, developed alongside the Blanco Pro Cycling Team (later Belkin/LottoNL-Jumbo). The platform was overhauled in 2018 with disc brakes only and again in 2023 with a lighter, more compliant frame featuring AeroSystem Shaping — truncated-airfoil tubing tuned via CFD and wind tunnel. The current 2027 model year update keeps the integrated Contact SLR aero cockpit, Vector aero seatpost, and 50 mm deep composite wheels but trims claimed frame weight closer to the all-rounder TCR. Built in Giant's Taichung composite plant.
