Open a ticket
- Go to /panel/support and click New ticket. Or just email one of our addresses below — that also creates a ticket automatically.
- Pick a category (billing, listing issue, account, other).
- Describe the problem. Attach screenshots if relevant.
- Submit — you'll get a confirmation email with the ticket number.

Response time
We aim to respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Urgent issues (payment disputes, safety) get priority.
