Ella
Origin
The Ella is Cube's women-specific city and light-trekking bike — an elegant, low-step-through aluminum platform with a clear focus on everyday riding rather than sport. The frame is Aluminum Superlite with a deeply curved top tube (proper step-through, not a fake one) and women-tuned contact points: shorter reach, narrower bars, women-specific saddle, shorter cranks on smaller sizes. The Ella Ride at €699-€799 uses a Shimano Nexus 7-speed internal hub gear (clean, low-maintenance, perfect for city use), V-brakes or hydraulic discs depending on trim, and ships fully equipped with mudguards, rack, kickstand and a B+M dynamo lighting system. The Ella Cruise Hybrid 500 at around €2,749 is the e-bike version with a Bosch Active Line Plus motor (50 Nm) and 500 Wh PowerTube battery. There's also a sportier Ella ProGear with a derailleur drivetrain. The Ella sits firmly in the 'practical everyday' lane and Cube's marketing leans into elegance — frame colours like matcha green and dusty rose, leather-look grips, polished cranks.
