WoomWoom UP (E-Bike)
e-mtb
01
Origin
Launched in 2020, the Woom UP emerged from a clear gap: kids outpacing their parents on the ascent, or simply running out of stamina before the fun starts. Woom chose Fazua — the lightest performance e-drive system available — to keep the UP within striking distance of their non-e bikes by weight.

The verdict
+Strengths
- Fazua Ride 50 Trail delivers smooth, natural pedal assist that enhances rather than overwhelms the riding experience
- Class-leading weight for a kids e-MTB — stays manageable when the battery runs out
- Full adult-quality spec (11-speed SRAM, Promax hydraulic discs, Schwalbe Rocket Ron) on a kid-sized frame
−Weaknesses
- Premium price — the most expensive bikes in the woom lineup by a wide margin
- 250 Wh battery is small vs adult e-MTBs; range depends heavily on assist level and terrain
- Fazua system requires specialist service tools not available at all bike shops
