PivotShuttle SL

01
Origin
Pivot launched the Shuttle SL as its answer to a specific question: can an e-MTB feel genuinely close to a non-assisted trail bike? Using the lightweight Fazua Ride 60 motor system — 1.96 kg versus Bosch's ~3 kg — and a compact 430 Wh battery, the Shuttle SL came in well under the weight of Bosch-powered competitors. The DW-link platform, proven across Pivot's full MTB lineup, provided the chassis DNA. The result is a bike that experienced riders describe as trail-bike-first, motor-second — the assist enhances rather than defines the ride.

- DW-link chassis delivers benchmark trail bike handling regardless of motor
- Fazua system is compact and low-profile — aids weight distribution
−Weaknesses
