Grevil F
Origin
The Grevil F is Pinarello's gravel race bike — the road-leaning, aero-flavoured counterpoint to the more adventure-oriented Dogma GR launched alongside it. The current generation accommodates tyres up to 50 mm with a 1x setup or 47 mm with a front derailleur, a major jump from earlier Grevils. Pinarello tunes the geometry as 'race geometry+', meant for endurance gravel races up to ten hours, while the Dogma GR is tuned for shorter sub-five-hour efforts. Seven build levels span F1 through F9, with the entry F1 in T600 carbon and the F9 in T900 — the same carbon grade as the Dogma F. New dropped seatstays and a flex-tuned seatpost give a claimed 10 mm of vertical compliance. Asymmetric frame, Onda fork curves, and aero tube profiles keep the family DNA. Reviewers praise its road-bike-like positioning and stability, but warn it's a race tool, not a versatile bikepacker.
Specifications
- Frame

- Weight
- kg
- Drivetrain
- Shimano GRX Di2 12-speed, SRAM Force/Rival/Apex eTap AXS XPLR, Campagnolo Ekar 1x13 mechanical, Shimano Ultegra Di2 R8170 across F1-F9 trims; 1x and 2x options
- Brakes
- Hydraulic disc, group-matched (Shimano GRX / SRAM AXS / Campagnolo Ekar) with flat-mount calipers and thru-axles

The verdict
- Balanced, stable handling without sluggishness — road-bike-like fit and aero cues make it fast and composed over long, rough gravel races (Unbound, Traka)
- Genuine playfulness despite endurance brief — reviewers found it surprisingly sporty and engaging for spirited riding
- Clean fully-integrated TiCR cable routing — quiet, aero front end with no wind noise
- Compliant for an aero frame — dropped seatstays plus flex-tuned MOST adaptive seatpost give a claimed ~10 mm vertical give
- Broad seven-tier range (F1-F9) with smart, accessible specs and in-frame downtube storage on the current generation
- Relatively heavy for a race gravel bike (~8.5-8.9 kg) versus rivals like Cervélo Áspero or 3T Exploro RaceMax
- Stock wheels (e.g. Fulcrum Rapid Red 500 alloy) lag well behind the quality of the frameset and groupset
- Integrated MOST bar/stem means you must know your fit numbers before buying — hard to adjust and a test ride is essentially required
- Limited accessory mounts and race-focused brief — not a true bikepacking/touring rig despite added rack mounts
- Tall stack and wide bars on smaller sizes can force fit compromises; Campagnolo Ekar thumb shifter is awkward in several hand positions
