Origin

The Edge is Lapierre's all-round hardtail and the brand's gateway to off-road riding. Built on a light aluminium frame with relaxed, forgiving geometry, it pairs a roughly 100 mm travel fork with flat bars and wide tires for control and stability on the trail. The range scales from simple Suntour-forked, multi-chainring entry builds up to the Edge AM with a RockShox Recon 120 mm fork and Shimano SLX 1x11 gearing, and is offered in both 27.5in and 29in wheel sizes to suit different riders and terrain.
