Origin

The Quick 4 Hero is the entry trim of Inokim's Quick 4 family, the lighter-battery sibling to the Quick 4 Super. It shares the same Israeli-designed 6061 T6 aviation-aluminum frame, 600 W motor, dual drum brakes and dual suspension, but uses a smaller Samsung 50.4 V 13 Ah pack (vs the Super's 16 Ah) for a ~36 mi range. In its EU configuration the Hero ships factory-limited to 25 km/h to fit local micromobility law, while the unrestricted potential (~40 km/h) sits behind a software unlock. It positions Inokim build quality at a more accessible price point than the Super.

The verdict

+Strengths
  • Excellent build quality and premium 6061 T6 aviation-aluminum frame, a hallmark of the Inokim brand
  • Smooth dual suspension (front spring + rear polymer damper) that soaks up urban bumps well
  • Among the best handgrips and ergonomics tested in its class, beating pricier rivals
  • Reliable Samsung battery cells and strong, well-modulated dual drum braking
  • Compact telescopic fold and three ride modes (Eco/Speed/Turbo) with cruise control
Weaknesses
  • Smaller 13 Ah battery means notably shorter range than the Super (36 mi vs 44 mi)
  • At ~21.5 kg (47 lbs) it is heavy for daily carrying despite the compact fold
  • Only IPX4 splash resistance — not suitable for heavy rain
  • Limited deck space; uncomfortable for taller riders (over ~6 ft)
  • Reduced stability when the speed limit is unlocked and pushed past ~20 mph
