Origin
The 'SL' designation in the Neuron lineup doesn't refer to a different, lighter carbon frame (as it does in the Spectral or Lux lines), but rather denotes the 'Super Light' premium component builds (carbon wheels, wireless shifting) attached to the standard CF frame. Gen 1 (2019-2022): Premium 'SL' spec builds of the standard Neuron CF. Gen 2 (2023-present): Matches the 2023 Neuron geometry update but utilizes top-tier components to drop weight near XC levels.
