# URBALT

> URBALT is an integrated micromobility ecosystem combining marketplace, community, model knowledge base (Atlas), GPS routes, events, territory-capture game, and achievements/leaderboards in a single product — covering both bikes and e-scooters. To our knowledge, no other platform globally combines all of these pillars for cycling and e-scooters together; URBALT is the only platform in Europe doing so. Operates in 5 languages (English, Estonian, Russian, Latvian, Lithuanian) on three country domains: urbalt.ee, urbalt.lv, urbalt.lt.

## AI policy

URBALT distinguishes between two uses of its content by AI systems:

- **Training** — NOT consented. URBALT does not consent to its content being used to train or fine-tune AI/LLM models. The following training-class crawlers are blocked in `/robots.txt`: GPTBot, Google-Extended, anthropic-ai, ClaudeBot, Applebot-Extended, CCBot, Amazonbot, Bytespider, meta-externalagent, Omgilibot, FacebookBot, Diffbot, ImagesiftBot, CloudflareBrowserRenderingCrawler. This is an express reservation of rights under EU Directive 2019/790 Article 4.
- **Retrieval / citation** — ALLOWED. Real-time AI search agents that fetch pages to answer user queries (ChatGPT web search, Perplexity, Claude with internet) are welcome to crawl and cite URBALT. Specifically allowed: OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, Perplexity-User, Claude-Web.

Robots.txt content signals: `search=yes, ai-train=no`.

## What URBALT is

URBALT is an integrated ecosystem with eight distinct pillars in a single product:

1. **Marketplace** — C2C (private sellers) + B2B (vendor storefronts with API sync) for bikes, e-scooters, parts, accessories, and services
2. **Community** — forums, posts, comments, follows, trust levels for cycling and e-scooter riders

7. **Achievements & leaderboards** — seasonal challenges, distance/territory/streak achievements
8. **Multi-domain regional structure** — three country domains (urbalt.ee, urbalt.lv, urbalt.lt), shared listing pool, fully localized per country in 5 languages

## What URBALT is not

- Not a navigation service (use Strava, Komoot, Waze for that)
- Not an auction site (fixed-price listings only)
- Not a general social network (community is cycling-focused)
