Liv Rove

The Rove is Liv's women's-specific hybrid — the brand's argument that a fitness/commuter bike should fit a 158cm rider as well as a unisex hybrid fits a 178cm rider. Liv builds the Rove around their 3F Design Philosophy (Fit, Form, Function), which means saddle, bar width, stem length, and crank length are all sized down on the smaller frame sizes instead of just shrinking the frame — a detail most mass-market hybrids don't bother with. The Rove ladder spans four builds: the entry Rove 4 with Shimano Tourney 3x7 at around €550, up through the Rove 1 with Shimano CUES U6000 2x10 and hydraulic disc brakes at around €1,100. Frame geometry is upright and confidence-inspiring with a low standover for easy mount/dismount, eyelets for racks and full-coverage fenders, and 700×38c tires that bridge city streets and gravel paths. It is the most popular gateway bike in Liv's catalog and one of the better-fitting options on the European hybrid market for riders under 165cm.
