The iAerolight is BH's halo e-road product — a bike where aero-road design meets electric integration without compromise. The 1,400 g carbon frame uses the same Kamm Tail profiles as the non-electric Aerolight, achieving the same aerodynamic efficiency as BH's dedicated aero G8 race bike while housing the BHZ motor and 420 Wh battery invisibly within the structure. BH's decision to design the BHZ motor in Spain, with SEG Automotive, gave them the freedom to size it specifically for road e-bikes — 2.1 kg versus the 2.9 kg of typical alternatives. The iAerolight won the IF Design Award 2023 for the quality of its integration.
